TAPROOM BOOKING

Programming curated by an experienced working musician and booking agent.

Hello! My name is Justin Paciocco and I am a musician and booking agent based out of Richmond, VA.  For 15+ years, I was a senior booking agent at Sam Hill Entertainment, booking bands for 3000+ weddings, corporate events, and private parties.  I am currently the Music, Programs, and Events Coordinator at Hardywood Park Craft Brewery, the largest craft brewery in Virginia.  In 2025, I booked and managed 400+ taproom performers at 2 different Hardywood locations.  I also booked and organized 100+ taproom programs, classes, workshops, festivals, and markets, as well as managed a consistent food truck schedule.  For 2026, I'm taking on new venue clients and would love the opportunity to discuss how I might be able to serve your business.

Why JP Entertainment?

This is more than booking — it’s curation by someone who actively plays the rooms (I played 141 gigs in 2025) and has 15 years of booking experience. With this unique background, I understand volume control, crowd flow, timing, and what styles actually work in brewery spaces.  You get taste, logistics, and experience-- all in one partner.

• No internal booking workload

• No chasing artists or managing logistics

• Consistent sound, volume, and vibe

• Music becomes part of your brand identity

The Opportunity

Live music and creative programming increases:

  • Length of stay

  • Per‑guest spend

  • Repeat visits

  • Community loyalty

But when music isn’t curated well, it can:

  • Clash with your brand

  • Be too loud or too quiet

  • Feel inconsistent week to week

Additional Programming

As the Music, Programs, and Festival manager at Hardywood Park Craft Brewery, I also have experience booking creative programs, workshops, markets, and food trucks.  While music is my specialty, I also have established relationships with other typed of tried-and-true programming and would be willing to assist with other programming needs that might fit your brand.
