Justin Paciocco is a Virginia-based musician and true “Swiss Army knife” of all things music. As the songwriter, guitarist, and vocalist for acclaimed Richmond band VILLAGES, Justin brings thoughtfully crafted original songs to stages across the region.
In addition to his work as an artist, Justin is a highly sought-after musician in the private events world. He performs as a guitarist, pianist, and/or vocalist—leading & curating several polished event bands, and serving as a go-to pianist & guitarist for weddings, private events, and country club member functions throughout Virginia.
Behind the scenes, Justin brings over 15 years of experience as a booking professional. During his time as a booking agent with Sam Hill Entertainment, he helped place live music for more than 3,000 weddings, corporate events, and private celebrations. Today, he serves as the Music, Programs, and Events Coordinator at Hardywood Park Craft Brewery and operates his own boutique booking agency, JP Entertainment—offering recently engaged couples, event planners, taproom managers, and country clubs both exceptional talent and trusted industry insight.
