Hello! I’m Justin Paciocco, a Richmond, VA–based musician and boutique booking agent specializing in exceptional live music for weddings, corporate events, breweries, and private celebrations.

For over 15 years, I served as a senior booking agent at Sam Hill Entertainment, where I booked bands and performers for more than 3,000 weddings, corporate events, and private parties across Virginia and beyond. Today, I’m also the Music, Programs, and Events Coordinator at Hardywood Park Craft Brewery — the largest craft brewery in Virginia — curating live music and events at a high-volume, nationally recognized venue.

In 2024 alone, I performed at 141 events, yet received nearly twice that number of inquiries. As my calendar filled, I found myself regularly connecting clients with trusted musicians from my network — talented, professional performers I knew would deliver at the highest level.
